How to lose weight in three months

Nowadays, many people annoy at how to lose weight. More and more people getting fat and some of people can’t wear old clothes. So I want to tell you how to lose weight in three months to wear an ideal clothes.

First, you should do more exercises and eat balance food. Don't skip meal in everyday, especially breakfast. Many people think the less food you I the less fat I get. But this idea is a wrong think.
Second, you should avoid eating high calories food, like fried chicken or fried French fries, you can eat more low calories food and vegetable when you eat breakfast or dinner and also lunch.



We don't skip any meal and don't eat high calorie and do regular exercise that can lead you to slim and healthy.
