To study for a graduate degree

If I have two choices to study, one is study in the UK, another is study in the Japan, compare to two choices, the former one, there are too many different things I can't hold on, but in the Japan, there are something I familiar to. Between two cities distance, the UK is so far from the Taiwan and the Japan is closer to Taiwan, when I miss the Taiwan, I can take airplane back to Taiwan. Between two cities cultures, I don’t know about the UK any more, but in the Japan, I know some of culture they have. Between two cities cost, the UK spent more than Japan in food and drink or clothes. However, two cities are very good to study and live, those comparison can indicate bad or good.
